Our ATV tours are designed for riders of varying experience levels, from beginners to advanced riders. Minimum age requirements and any physical restrictions will be specified in each tour description.

2. What's included in the tour package?
Each tour package includes ATV rental, safety gear (helmet), a guided tour with experienced instructors, and any necessary permits or entrance fees.

3. What should I wear and bring for the tour?
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that you don't mind getting dirty, sturdy closed-toe shoes, sunscreen and a valid driver’s license. You may want to bring a bottle of water and a small backpack to carry essentials.

4. Do I need any prior ATV riding experience?
No prior ATV experience is necessary for most of our tours. Our guides will provide safety instructions and a brief training session before the tour starts.

5. What's the duration of the tours?
Tour durations vary depending on the specific package. On average, tours last between 2 to 5 hours. You can find detailed information about each tour's duration in the tour descriptions.

6. Can two people ride on a bike?

No. For your safety we only allow one person per bike at this time.

7. Can I bring my own ATV?
No. Participants are required to use the ATVs provided by our company to ensure safety and consistency during the tour.

8. What happens in case of bad weather?
Tours are typically conducted rain or shine. In the event of severe weather conditions that could impact safety, the tour may be rescheduled, or participants may receive a refund or credit.

9. What's the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled tour date will be charged full price. Please refer to our terms and conditions for specific details.

Safety Liability and Waiver

- Participation in ATV tours involve inherent risks. Participants assume full responsibility for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during the tour.
- Participants are required to sign a liability waiver before the tour, releasing the company from any liability

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change, and unforeseen circumstances can arise.

- Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour date are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour date will result in a full charge or tour credit, subject to our discretion.
- No-shows or cancellations made on the day of the tour are non-refundable.

- Customers will receive a full refund or rebooking in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. These circumstances are at the discretion of Wild Wheels ATV Tours
